Responsibility in all matters is one of MFI’s core values, and one we take very seriously. In an effort to act in the most responsible way possible towards our customers and employees as well as our local and global communities, we are taking the following steps in response to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic:
The safety of our customers and our team members is our top priority. We are closely monitoring and following all directives from public health officials and government agencies, including travel restrictions. We understand that some of these travel restrictions affect servicing our loyal customers; therefore, we are prepared to provide support services via phone, video conferencing, and online meetings when travel is not possible.
MFI remains open for business. We are taking numerous steps to ensure the health of our teammates including remote work when possible, social distancing on-site, and enhanced cleaning procedures. In addition, we have implemented an unlimited sick time policy so that any employee who shows signs of illness can stay home without the added stress of lost income.
We are here to support you.
Our organization continue to function normally. Parts and equipment supply are not impacted at this time and our manufacturing center remains fully operational. We have strong contingency plans in place and will continue to closely monitor this developing situation.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and will keep you informed of any additional updates as we work together to support you, our valued customer, while prioritizing the health and safety of all.
